Organise work with task boards
Task boards show work as cards moving through stages, such as To do, In progress and Done.
- Create a board for each area of work, for example Sales follow-ups or Customer success.
- Add stages to a board and drag cards between them as work progresses.
- Double-click a board name to rename it. Deleting a board removes all its tasks and stages.
- Switch to the list view to scan many tasks at once.
- Tasks can also be created from a contact, company or deal, and by the AI assistant.
Task details
Open a task to add everything the person doing it needs.
- Give it a title and a fuller description.
- Assign it to a team member.
- Set start and due dates and turn on due reminders.
- Add labels, checklists and sub-tasks to break the work down.
- Attach files for reference.
