Find the opportunities that need attention
Combine quick filters with specific value, source, owner, and sorting controls.
- High value uses the current fixed threshold of $10,000 or more.
- Needs follow-up focuses on opportunities with outstanding follow-up.
- Recent uses the last seven days.
- Stale uses 30 days or more without the relevant recent activity.
- Advanced filters include minimum and maximum value, source, and assignee.
- Sort by name, value, date, or follow-up when comparing results.
Filter thresholds are interface rules
Work from the deal record
Open an opportunity when you need full context or a decision that should remain attached to the deal.
- Review contact, value, source, assignee, stage, and custom fields.
- Move the stage or mark the outcome won or lost when authorized.
- Keep notes, documents, and tags with the opportunity.
- Use messaging and appointments when those connected modules are available.

Read pipeline analytics
Use analytics as a view of the selected pipeline, then return to the records when you need to explain a result.
- Compare total opportunity value and deal count.
- Use average value as context, not as a quality score.
- Review conversion alongside the underlying won and lost records.
- Compare value by stage and the distribution of opportunities.

Check access before changing pipeline structure
Pipeline actions depend on the permissions assigned to your role.
Deleting a pipeline can remove its working context
- Creating opportunities is currently gated by the create-pipeline permission.
- Moving deals and editing stages require pipeline update access.
- Deleting pipelines or selected opportunities requires the corresponding delete access.
- Connected messaging, calendar, and contact actions keep their own availability rules.
